EAMES: The Architect and the Painter, documentary screening - 19:00

This documentary is an invitation to discover the world of Charles and Ray Eames, an unusual couple formed by an architect without a license and a painter who rarely painted. Together they formed Eames Offices and became one of the most influential firms in postwar American architecture and design. Eames: The Architect & The Painter (2011) was written and directed by John Cohn, produced by Bill Jersey and narrated by James Franco, who with an ironic and funny tone emphasizes the multifaceted nature of these two iconic characters.
